Role:
Hosting implementation meetings for IRIS features to be enabled with the markets and leading the market through the change of receiving new functionality

Planning of IRIS upgrade schedule by considering different stakeholder needs and plan accordingly with the team.

Manage communication on IRIS upgrade change awareness, secure market pre-activities, conduct go-live announcements as well as follow ups.

Secure E-invoicing IRIS deliverables such as timeline, scope, and communication to the markets, leading them through the change.

Available for questions from the market to address them to the IRIS team

Be market contact for IRIS monitoring and invoicing tool, with access, training and support

Working together with the IRIS DevOps and product team continuously to deliver new tax invoicing functionalities and legal requirements to markets

Essential requirements:
Strong communication, written and verbal, and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and on multiple activities at the same time.
Hands-on experience in change management for projects and implementations. Understanding of local country organizations. Stakeholder management experience. Ability of agile working and continuous improvement within the software engineering function, encouraging simplicity, efficiency, ownership and accountability. Genuine experience of working with Confluence and JIRA
