Job Description
• Set up and execute test processes for mobile applications primarily and secondary other digital / R&D deliveries.
• Manage software and backend setup in development, staging, and production
environments.
• Conduct fault tracing and troubleshooting related to infotainment, connectivity, and
vehicle software systems.
• Document and report error tracing activities.
• Actively monitor incidents and potential threats.
• Ensure vehicle compatibility for connected car features, including Google Automotive
Services and cloud-based services.
• Provide technical expertise in test object management, software download (SWDL), and system validation.
• Support end-to-end testing for cloud connectivity, infotainment systems, and mobile
applications.
• Coordinate test setups, including test object (car/rig) configuration, software upgrades,
and validation processes.
• Work closely with development teams to support agile methodologies
(Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• We are looking for a candidate with: 10+ years of experience in system integration,
testing, and fault tracing, with a focus on infotainment, connectivity, and thermal
management systems.
• Strong background in connected car cloud architecture and automotive software
development.
• Expertise in system validation, verification, and troubleshooting, particularly in CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and cloud-based connectivity.
• Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, JIRA, Splunk, VIDA, Techtool
• Solid knowledge of wireless car portals, SWDL, and test environment setup.
• Experience with Google Automotive Services and mobile app testing.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in leading technical discussions, working cross-functionally, and
supporting Agile development teams.
• A valid driver’s license in Sweden.

Meritorious
• Certifications in Product Ownership (Scrum/Agile) and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working in press event preparations, factory validations, or remote test
environments.
• Proven experience in mobile app testing, especially in the context of electric vehicle
applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms, and experience with various mobile devices
and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, document, and track software defects.
• A passion for electric vehicles and an understanding of the EV industry is a plus.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence and related workflows.
