Role:
• Work closely with FMS Product and L&R team to understand Jira setup requirements and support in creation of the same
• Suggest and support in creation of an FMS Jira environment which should address all the development, deployment and testing requirements of transformation
• Setup a mechanism to plan, track and monitor the FMS Launch & Rollouts (L&R) 
• Support in creating Jira issues for the L&R Work-packages (WP) to ensure smooth collaboration with the countries for launches
• Support in creating Kanban boards for the countries to work with and follow up on WP statuses and updates
• Suggest and create required Jira automations facilitating easier setup and maintenance of WP
• Create appropriate connections and linkages for the FMS L&R Jira issues with all the dependencies and provide a mechanism to follow up on the dependencies within Jira
• Answer queries connected with Jira setup and Ways of Working. Provide level 2 or higher support for Jira to the FMS L&R team
• Support in resolving the system/tool issues with Jira and help in liaising with Jira engineering team
• Setup dashboards and reports using Power BI with Jira data
• Setup required connections and integrations within Power BI and Jira to enable dashboard & report creation
• Suggest best practices for work with Jira and Power BI
• Investigate any other tool which might be better suited for the FMS Deployment

Essential requirements:
• Jira Atlassian Tool functional configuration and troubleshooting – Expert level
• Power BI dashboards and reports creation and integration with Jira tool – Expert Level
• Jira setup and ways of working – Expert Level
• At least 5years of experience with Jira tool, Power BI reports and ways of working
• 2-4 years of experience with teams in Jira tool setup and support
• Experienced in working with globally distributed teams
• Experience with large project and program is desirable, but not essential
