Job Description
- Assess, plan, support, and coordinate the quality-focused work and processes on all test levels, including test automation, tailored to the context specific needs and risks

- Establish processes that transparently and continuously feedback progress, outcomes, risks and potential challenges of test activities to team members and stakeholders

- Cultivate trust in the quality providing processes, fostering a culture of quality

- Actively participate in the preparation, breakdown, and analysis of the planned integration solutions, providing pro-active inputs from a quality and risk perspective

- Establish the support- and feedback mechanism required for everyone involved in the quality focused activities to feel confident and to be well aligned and how to approach testing for the assessed and planned integrations.

- Establish quality goals in accordance with our overall quality strategy, and taking proactive measures if the goals are at risk

- Perform hands-on testing to some extent, focusing on the non-functional and functional parts of SaaS solution

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Proven experience test leading SaaS solutions

• Proven experience of coordinating UAT

• Proven experience in agile software development in hybrid setting

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role with stakeholder management and test coordination in complex IT implementation projects

• Proven experience in Test -planning, -estimation, -execution, -reporting and Defect Management

• Strong knowledge of software testing -principles, -methodologies, --management and -tools and how to utilize and implement it across the SDLC

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience of Atlassian Jira

Meritorious

• Experience with successful test automation implementation

• Knowledge of DevOps process

• Experience of driving change and create a safe work environment
