Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• Experienced ML Engineer / Data Scientist.
• Strong background working with both unstructured and structured data, preferably document data.
• Hands-on experience with feature stores, model experimentation, and serving (ideally in Databricks).
• Self-driven and structured, with a collaborative mindset but also comfortable solving problems independently.
• Comfortable deep-diving into theoretical approaches as well as domain-specific knowledge to reach a goal.
• Highly proficient in Python.

Meritorious
• Experience with enterprise search engines and vector embeddings.
• Experience in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and modeling.
