Role:
• Working closely with business and product teams to create well-structured test cases which contributes to assured quality, both for manual and automated tests
• Hands-on coaching: guiding and supporting individuals in writing, executing, and maintaining test cases directly in Jira, while building the teams’ confidence and competence to continue producing high-quality test cases independently.
• Collaborating with Lumera experts test lead and test automation engineers to make sure the created test cases are fit for purpose and aligned with automation needs

Essential requirements:

• Strong experience in writing and managing test cases.
• Proven ability to teach and coach others through practical, hands-on work.
• Good understanding of how test cases should be structured to enable automation.
• Familiarity with Lumera or similar insurance administration systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and make people comfortable using new tools and processes.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in English.
