Job Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team.
• Ensure adherence to Agile processes and organizational stand
• Support Test Manager with the test process set up
• Take the accountability for whole test lifecycle:
• From Test planning to Prod Release
• Bug Tracking
• Regular co-ordination with dev/test/deploy team members
• In case of critical bugs in production, raise tickets to Support team/Snow case and take decisions for hotfixes by discussing with DPOs/BAs
• End to end knowledge of the system and hands-on testing
• Test Process setup, documentation, review of team members tasks/testcases
