Job Description
• Design, configure, and optimize Exchange Online environments.
• Support hybrid Exchange configurations and migrations from on-premises to cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to mail flow, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices in Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to internal IT staff.
• Participate in technical workshops and planning sessions.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• Proven experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management in Microsoft cloud environments (Azure AD, Conditional Access, etc.).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center, and Security & Compliance policies.
• Knowledge of hybrid Exchange deployments and mail migration strategies.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
