Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of strategic impact and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.

Your Background:
You bring experience from large organizations and complex digital product ecosystems. You understand how to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and connect design to business outcomes. You support fellow designers in their growth and contribute to shaping product strategy and delivery. Your goal is to elevate the role of design across the organization and ensure our digital platforms deliver meaningful, intuitive, and valuable experiences.
