Job Description
• Align with business stakeholders and markets on the need
• Define the roadmap and lead the team to deliver it
• Align with Data on the measurement framework for the new capability
• Collaborate with the teams we depend on to deliver the end to end experience

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• Expertise in Product management (3-5 years),
• Strong collaboration skills with Stakeholders (Retail, Markets) as well as other crafts : Data, Design, Engineering, to define and deliver the roadmap of the team
• Good knowledge about how to measure success
• Good knowledge about discovery techniques, research...
• Experience in working in agile environments in complex global organisation, experience in iterative product development, starting with a MVP, testing and learning to enhance the product over time
• Experience in change management and working in rapidly changing environments


Meritorious
• Experience working on Loyalty/Marketing products
