Job Description
•Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback.

•Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and our design system.

•Actively participate in agile ceremonies, design reviews, and continuously improve ways of working.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
Proven UX Design Experience (3 years of experience needed)
• Demonstrated track record of designing user-centered digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes.

Proficiency in Figma & Design Systems
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fi designs within established design systems.

User Research & Usability Testing Skills
• Hands-on experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research and usability tests to inform design iterations.

Experience in Agile, Cross-Functional Teams
• Comfortable collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retros).

Excellent communication in Swedish and English
• Can clearly communicate ideas and collaborate across languages and teams.

Meritorious
• Experience with design systems (understanding how to apply and evolve a shared design system).

• Strong problem-solving and iteration mindset.
