Role

• Maintain and communicate overall roll-out timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Keep task lists and risk registers updated and visible to all involved parties.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist in defining and keeping KPIs relevant and updated
• Support teams in resolving blockers by connecting them with the right resources and stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize status updates and risk reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor roll-out progress and escalate issues when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
• Organize and facilitate retrospectives to capture learnings and improvements for future roll-outs.
• Drive continuous improvement in roll-out practices and tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
