Essential requirements:
• Proven Project Management Experience (4+ years) in Microsoft 365 Environments

• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including planning, execution, and delivery.

• Hands-on Experience with Cloud / VDI Transformations

• Direct involvement in large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, ideally including Windows 365, VDI, DaaS, or similar virtual desktop solutions.

• Strong IT Transformation & Migration Expertise

• Proven track record of leading global IT transformation projects, with a strong understanding of cloud adoption challenges, migration strategies, and minimizing business disruption.

• Stakeholder & Governance Leadership

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams and ensuring governance throughout project delivery.

• Structured, Proactive Problem Solver

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks early, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate issues during implementation.

Meritorious:
• Windows 365 or Desktop-as-a-Service Implementation Experience

• Prior hands-on experience specifically delivering Windows 365 or other DaaS solutions from PoC through production.

• Operational Readiness & Service Design Experience

• Experience defining operational models, roles, architecture, documentation, training materials, and support processes for enterprise IT services.

• Experience with PoC Development and Testing

• Background in managing proof-of-concept activities, testing phases, and translating findings into scalable production solutions.

• Experience in Employee Experience or End-User Computing Domains

• Familiarity with end-user computing, employee experience platforms, or user onboarding initiatives in large organizations.
