Role:
Develop, configure, and maintain document templates and flows in Quadient Inspire, ensuring high-quality output across both print and digital channels.

Optimize template performance, document generation, and runtime behavior.

Collaborate with product specialists, projects, and IT developers to secure smooth transition and robust solution delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement of our output management processes and architecture.

Support the migration from ISIS Papyrus to Inspire, including rebuilding templates, testing, and validating output.

Essential requirements:
Strong hands-on expertise with Quadient Inspire (CCM)
• Proven experience using Inspire Designer, Content Manager, Automation, and Interactive to build and maintain document solutions.

Advanced template development and logic
• Ability to design complex templates with dynamic content, conditional logic, reusable components, and master templates.

Data integration and document output knowledge
• Solid skills in data model design, binding structured data to templates, and working with key output formats (especially PDF and AFP).

Performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Experience debugging templates, optimizing document generation/runtime behavior, and ensuring high-quality output across print and digital channels.

Migration and collaboration capability
• Experience supporting or executing migrations (specifically ISIS Papyrus → Inspire), working closely with product specialists, IT developers, and Agile teams.

Meritorious:
Scripting and data definition skills
• JavaScript or PQL, plus experience with XML/XSD for structured data validation.

Enterprise integration exposure
• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, CMIS, or similar integration technologies.

Prior ISIS Papyrus experience
• Direct experience with Papyrus templates and architecture to accelerate migration and reduce risk.
