Essential requirements:
• Strong experience in ML engineering and GenAI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)

• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions

• Strong experience in building AI services using Python (FastAPI preferred)

• Experience deploying AI workloads using serverless architectures

• Experience with APIs, vector databases, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with stakeholders

Soft Skills & Profile Expectation:

• Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead AI solution development

• Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and review technical work

• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
