Essential requirements:
Extensive Data Analysis Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role. Experience within sales, marketing, or consumer data analytics is a strong plus.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets. Strong programming skills in Python (for data analysis, modeling, automation) – knowledge of data libraries and notebooks is expected.

Business Intelligence Tools: Expert user of Power BI (or similar BI tools) for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Ability to design effective visuals and interactive reports that communicate data clearly.

Data Modeling & Databricks: Solid experience in developing data models and data pipelines. Knowledge of Databricks or other cloud-based analytics platforms; comfort working with cloud data architectures and large-scale data sets.

Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques. Able to apply quantitative methods to derive insights (e.g., trend analysis, correlation, forecasting).

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar), or equivalent practical experience in data analysis/business intelligence.

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Swedish is required.a plus if speak Finish as well.
