Essential requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant and/or developer

• Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing)

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex customer journeys in enterprise environments

• Solid understanding of CRM data models and customer lifecycle management

• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and enterprise landscapes

• Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); Customer Insights (Data) experience is a plus

• Experience working with Customer Insights Data is bonus

• Experience working in international, multi-country projects

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

• Proactive, advisory mindset with the ability to work independently

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Swedish is bonus
