Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• You are a Senior Android Engineer with 8+ years of Android development experience.

• You have experience with agentic tools, and are an engineer who adopts agentic-first development. Having prior experience with agentic tools like Claude and Cursor is crucial.

• You are an inclusive colleague and a true great teammate.

• You love to collaborate with your colleagues and have a mindset for continuous improvement.

• You have a deep understanding and experience of modern Android development and best practices.

• You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code.

• You know how to write readable, idiomatic and maintainable Kotlin (and Java) and are willing to follow already defined coding guidelines and workflows.

• You have a deep understanding of Android architecture patterns and API design.

• You understand how mobile applications connect with backend systems end-to-end.

• Having some working experience with C++ or iOS development is a big plus, as you may occasionally build features that span across platforms and codebases.

• You value team success over personal success.
