Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
• 10+ years of experience preferred in UX/UI and digital product design.

• Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.

• A hands-on designer who enjoys working directly with developers and seeing solutions implemented.

• Experienced in modern AI-assisted design and rapid prototyping workflows.

• Comfortable using analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to measure product success.

• Broad UX competence, with deep expertise in interaction design and UI delivery.

• Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and driving work forward.

• Motivated by building, shipping, measuring, and improving digital products, rather than moving toward primarily strategic or managerial roles.
